Remember who you were before the world told you who to be?

It has been a long, strange trip, and I can finally say YES, I remember. Not only do I remember who I was, but I also finally love and appreciate that vibrant, determined quirky little girl. She’s alive and well and living inside me.
Reconnecting with my innate sense of joy and wonder is what busted opened the door to my own happiness and fulfillment. It’s allowed me to accept all parts of myself- even the ones that used to make me cringe– and release the shame that kept me small for so long. It’s allowed me to create with purpose, passion and joy, and align my inner world with the outer one.
This is what I want for you too. This is why I’m here.

People work with me to uncover fresh insights and possibilities, develop powerful habits and create meaningful and lasting change. They count on me to see what they can't, and tough-lovingly say what no one else would dare say to them.

Also, I ask a lot of questions.

I’m fascinated by human behavior and insatiably curious about what makes us act the way we do. I earned my degree in Human Development with an emphasis on social change from Pacific Oaks College. I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly CTI), one of the preeminent coaching organizations in the world. I’m also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, the global governing body of coaching. For the past three years, I’ve served on the leadership team for master coach, Rich Litvin, and his community. And before that, I had a long career in advertising, creating campaigns for brands in the health and wellness space.

I can't help but keep making things.

While writing my first novel, I found myself blocked and began researching how other artists break through. In the process, I made the Creative Block, a tool that artists, entrepreneurs and even students use to get out of their own way. What most people don’t know about me is that much of my creativity comes from a deep down sense I developed as a young person of never feeling like I was enough. I’m writing the book about that one now. (For more of my story, check out my interview with VoyageLA)
All of this brings me back to you. I’m here to love and serve and create. To share what I’ve learned and what I’m learning. And to help you be the joyful, ass-kicking creative force of nature you’ve always wanted to be.
Still want more? Let’s go deeper. Here’s the part where I share my superpowers. And here’s where you can request a coaching conversation.
