What I want you to know about me (and some things that feel vulnerable to share):

I’m a proud mother and happy wife, color blind lefty, lover of life. (Also see: rhyming nerd.) Helping people find the way back into their light is my jam. I prefer the sunshine, but am also comfortable navigating the shadows— probably because I’ve spent time in both places.

These days, I bend toward optimism, growth, and healing. I adore learning and consider it a life-long path and privilege. When we meet, you’ll find that I’m usually steeped in some interesting modality that I’ll happily share with you. I earned my degree in Human Development with an emphasis on social change from Pacific Oaks College. I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly CTI), one of the preeminent coaching organizations in the world, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, the global governing body of coaching. As a graduate of Flow Coaching Institute’s Expressive Arts Coaching program, I discovered that all the creative and playful juju I bring to my sessions is rooted in ancient wisdom and validated by neuroscience. Before all of that, I had a long career in advertising, creating campaigns and writing copy for brands in the health and wellness space. And before that, writing saved my life.

As a little girl, creative writing— journaling, specifically–was my lifeline. It felt like the only safe space to express myself. By pouring out my heart and soul and rage onto the page, and later, developing processes to reflect on what I’d written, I began to make sense of myself, and eventually, the chaotic environment around me. It took time, but through writing and creative practice, I learned that I am not my story. Neither are you. And all of us have the power to change our narrative, our perspective, our lives. (Because life itself is the most creative process of all!)

I’m here to help you express what’s on your heart and design a life you love so much you feel inspired to greet each day with wonder and appreciation — even when things don’t go quite as planned. I’ve done this for myself and many others, and I’d be honored to help you do it too.
